At El Morro we highlight local ingredients and dishes, all prepared with traditional methods that retain the wholesomeness of home prepared meals, with a contemporary touch.
Local ingredients range from seafood to the emblematic goat in a perfect combination to evoke the gastronomic traditions of the immigrants from the Canary Islands that settled here in the 1500’s and 1700’s. Goat-based dishes are of course a specialty and prepared in a number of ways.
